ϯIncome limitation is set by the Department of Revenue. To qualify for 2024, the Household Income limit for the Senior Citizen Exemption is $36,614 (AGI). The Household Income limit for Civilian Total and Permanent and Paraplegic/Hemiplegic is $35,693 (Gross Income). Eligibility is based on the prior year's income.
